Using Telehealth to Support Your Addiction Recovery

CleanSlate continues to provide uninterrupted access to addiction treatment for patients working to maintain their recovery during the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. Currently, all of our centers are continuing to treat existing and new patients – either in person or via teleheath.

We are maximizing the use of remote treatment tools to provide patients with a safe, timely alternative to in-person care. Patients are being scheduled for telemedicine appointments in the event they are unable to visit a center due to illness.

Please contact your LOCAL CENTER if you wish to utilize our telemedicine capabilities.

 

If you are a patient, here is how to use ZOOM to access a Telehealth appointment:

To download and install the Zoom Application:

Go to https://zoom.us/download

If on a phone: this link will take you to the app store for a free download.

If on a computer: From the Download Center, click on the Download button under “Zoom Client For Meetings”. 

  • This application will automatically download when you start your first Zoom Meeting.

Once the download is complete, proceed with installing the Zoom application onto your computer.
