(Wisconsin) – CleanSlate Centers has achieved certification from the Wisconsin Department of Health Services Division of Quality Assurance for Office-Based Opioid Treatment Services (OBOT).

Each of the organization’s 11 locations across the state were individually certified to operate as approved facilities, providing outpatient care for opioid use disorder with FDA-approved medications for the treatment and maintenance of recovery.

“The certification of every CleanSlate Center in Wisconsin is demonstrative of our commitment to high-quality, compassionate healthcare for opioid use disorder,” said Chris Bove, CEO of CleanSlate Centers.  “The standards set for by Wisconsin’s Opioid Treatment Authority reflect evidence-based practices, support advancement in patient care, place the health and well-being of people receiving care first, and support greater access to care.  These standards are well-aligned with our values and mission at CleanSlate.”

OBOT certification in the state of Wisconsin includes an extensive review of a treatment program’s operations to validate compliance and regulatory policies and protocols.  These include personnel training and qualifications; patients’ rights, privacy, and confidentiality; assessment, intake treatment planning and prescribing; integrated care coordination and relapse prevention; facility inspections and documentation reviews.
