Would you recommend CleanSlate as a place to work to friends and family?

NPS This is what is known as a Net Promoter question, and many organizations use this question to measure customer experience and satisfaction.  Now, we have the same question for you, our internal customers, on how likely you are to recommend CleanSlate to friends and family?

This question is one of the most important when it comes to employee engagement; it gives companies a quick snapshot of the opinion on culture in the workplace, and we would like to begin by asking you the same question to help give us a baseline to start.  Please use this link:  Would You Recommend CleanSlate? to take you to the one question survey via Survey Monkey to help us get our overall snapshot.

We will then use the data collected from the survey as a starting point to move forward.  This will help us understand where we stand with our Warriors.  From there, we will be conducting voluntary interviews with employees to dive deeper on how we are performing as an organization from the employee point-of-view.  Where are we successful? Where are we falling short?  What changes can we make to help improve your experience and outlook?  We may not be able to resolve all issues immediately, but you will be heard and your opinion is valued.

We ask our Warriors everyday to put Patients First and it’s important that you feel that CleanSlate puts you first as well.  We cannot expect you to go above and beyond for our patients if we do not do the same for you.
