In the spirit of our mission, vision, and values, on November 1st CleanSlate launched its first employee recognition program, ?Warriors Excelling,” to recognize employee successes, milestones, achievements and to celebrate team members who embrace our values. This program is all about our Warriors for Hope! It is about creating conditions for team members to give their best each day and to be committed to living our mission of being Warriors for Hope. Not only will our Warriors be improving the lives of our patients, they will also improve the lives of each other when we are all living the mission, vision and values of CleanSlate. I am truly excited and honored to have been given the opportunity to drive this program and its remarkable impact on everyone, from our team mates to our patients.

Our goal is to show loyal team members that CleanSlate values their dedication and contributions to the role they play in CleanSlate?s success. Team members are recognized for their lengths of service, standout performances, and safety and compliance.

Recently, on ?National Send a Card to a Friend Day,? we had over 130 participants engaged in sending out eCards throughout the organization! See picture and note below from Amanda Kent, Medical Assistant in Merrillville, IN.

“I received this card from my fellow M.A and co-worker.  This card really uplifted my day and made me feel appreciated. It also shows the bond that we have made working together at CleanSlate. That no matter what situation may come up in our day, we can and will overcome like the Warriors we are. It shows how much we truly appreciate and respect each other’s roles and help, and how important we see each other in our day to day. It made me even more thankful to have such a great coworker and teammate.”
