Two New CleanSlate Policies and Policy Update Process Announced

Over the next few months, the Compliance Team will be rolling out updated CleanSlate policies to the company as we prepare for CARF accreditation and state licensure requirements for all CleanSlate locations.
To prepare, the Management Compliance Committee has been meeting every other month to review new and revised company policies. Once policies are approved, they will now be shared with all CleanSlate colleagues through all colleague emails, the Warriors for Hope News, and the SharePoint Policy Folder.
The Exit Interview Policy presents our method of gathering useful information about our company from employees who resign or are terminated. When employees leave our company, they may feel more comfortable sharing experiences they had while working for us.
The Refund Request Policy implements a procedure for working credit balances and refunding overpaid amounts by patients and insurance companies.
