What is a Culture Committee?

During our expansion, we?ve realized the importance of a thoughtful approach to cultivating the right culture at CleanSlate. This entails developing company-wide activities that support and promote CleanSlate?s values, which are the foundation of our culture. The Culture Committee meets monthly to discuss, recommend, and coordinate approved company-wide activities directly related to our company values and culture. The Culture Committee has a tremendous opportunity to impact decision-making that echoes throughout the entire employee population. It is the Culture Committee’s goal to ensure our shared mission, vision, and values are reflected in what we do.

Who should get involved?

Leaders and team members from all centers and departments are encouraged to join in keeping with our value of Together We Succeed. The Culture Committee values each team member’s unique perspective. We will share ideas and learn from one another to achieve everyday innovations.
