Remembering A Fallen Warrior for Hope
Jan 15, 2020
Earlier this week, I informed you of the very sad news of the passing of a fellow Warrior, Jonathan Candee, who was formerly a Manager of Business Development with CleanSlate. Jonathan passed away late last week. He was an integral member of our team for the last four years, was the first ever Center Manager for CleanSlate, and contributed in an immeasurable way to the growth of our organization to expand access to the highest quality addiction medicine to those in need of our assistance.
His deep passion for our core values and creating access to care, particularly for the most vulnerable and disenfranchised members of our communities, was felt by all who worked with him. It is an understatement to say that he will be greatly missed by CleanSlate, those he worked closely with and the patients whose lives he made a difference in. Please keep Jonathan?s family and friends in your thoughts as they go through this difficult time.
We know many of you will be feeling the loss of our fellow Warrior, and the People Services team is available with information on our employee assistance program (EAP) services for colleagues who are grieving. Please reach out to hr@cleanslatecenters.com if you would like more information on how to access these services.
