Pulse Survey ResultsThank you to everyone who participated in our January Pulse Survey. It has been immensely helpful to have your feedback as we consider our priorities for the rest of the year. We?re pleased to share overall improvements in individual, team and company morale among respondents. Results showed:

  • 82% of respondents rated their individual morale as average or above average, an increase of 11% from October 2020
  • 83% of respondents rated team/center morale as average or above average, an increase of 13% from October 2020
  • 84% of respondents rated company morale as average or above average, an increase of 16% from October 2020

CleanSlate has made several important changes in the past few months in response to the feedback from our team. These changes include expanding medical plan coverage for our employees, bringing on new team members, especially in high-traffic markets, implementing telemedicine successfully in all states where CleanSlate has a presence and introducing new EMR, cash management and provider compensation systems.

We?re happy to report nearly a third of all CleanSlate employees took the latest survey in January; however, we would like to see this number at 100%. Our new spring Pulse Survey is now live and we encourage everyone to participate. Please click here to take the survey now.
