Thank you to everyone who participated in our March Pulse Survey. We were pleased to have an increase in participation compared to our January survey. Ideally, we would like to see everyone participate in the future. As always, your feedback is incredibly helpful to the executive team and local leaders as we continually look for ways to improve.

Survey results showed overall improvements in individual, team and company morale among respondents.

  • 84% of respondents rated their individual morale as average or above average, an increase of 2% from January 2021.
  • 83% of respondents rated team/center morale as average or above average. This number is consistent with feedback from the previous pulse survey.
  • 86% of respondents rated company morale as average or above average, an increase of 2% from January 2021.

While overall survey results continue to reflect positive improvements for our colleagues, we understand there is always room to grow and recognize not all of our fellow warriors may feel the same way. I want to encourage you to reach out to your supervisor or the HR team at hr@cleanslatecenters.com if you ever have feedback you want to share. Our people are our most valuable asset and the reason CleanSlate is able to continue to provide the highest quality addiction treatment. Thank you for everything you do!
