On National Lab Week, Gratitude for Our Warriors in the Lab
May 15, 2018
National Lab Week was recently observed and we at CleanSlate could not be more grateful for our entire lab team!
Our Lab Warriors work tirelessly to ensure that all of CleanSlate’s laboratory needs are met day in and day out. This small but mighty team of eight people manages thousands of tests, conducting over 100K tests for Q1 this year, with the numbers increasing throughout the year.
As you all know, there’s never a moment for down time for this team. They process collected samples for nearly all of our centers and ensure that each lab is set up properly, adheres to strict regulatory guidelines and continues to run smoothly.
In addition to assisting with the day to day requirements of the main lab, the training team of Naira Rivera , Manny Adorno, and Adam Arroyo are responsible for training all of the MA/MRs who are newly hired at CleanSlate. They are currently working to train Lab Training Champions to help expand our training model to regional training centers for new trainees, updated trainings, and “refreshers.”
Our dedicated Lab Warriors are always willing to go out of their way to help the clinicians in the field interpret result, answer questions, or seek outside advice for complicated cases. They are an invaluable part of the CleanSlate team, so we would like to send out a giant “thank you” for all that they do!
