Ruth Avery, Patient Support Agent
Ruth has been a big help in picking up extra hours in the call center to make sure our patients’ calls get answered. She has been juggling working in the call center full time and helping with the SCA process. Ruth is very knowledgeable in the insurance plans of new markets and is passionate in teaching others what she knows.
Jazlyn Pagan, Patient Support Agent
Jazzy is very passionate in making sure our patients get taken care of when they call the call center. She has been very flexible when we need her to stay late or come in early. She has been a big help and resource when employees have questions about different insurance plans. Thank you for being a great team player!
Shelley Eady, Patient Support Agent
Shelley has stepped up and helped out in our centralized MA Prior Auth department, while fielding calls in the call center. She has gone above and beyond to make sure our MA patients do not have any issues picking up their prescription at the pharmacy. Great job!!
