There are so many great things to recognize Jerome for but above all, he is a true innovator – whenever an issue is presented to the IT team, Jerome is always thinking a step ahead, offering solutions, great ideas for new Power Apps or other features that he can build to help CleanSlate staff & providers be efficient, timely and accurate, all to ultimately better serve our patient population.”

“Karla has been with CleanSlate since 2019. Over the past 4 years, she has grown tremendously into her career. She began as a MA in East Dayton and transitioned into a lab trainer for the state shortly thereafter. Over the past year, Karla has exceeded expectations when it comes to the value of “Together We Succeed.”
With training needs across the state, Karla has provided training and support to new staff. When she is not in her home clinic of East Dayton, the patients notice. They are quick to ask, “Where’s Karla?” Karla has gone above and beyond to ensure that patients are first when interacting with them in the lab. She has created bonds with her patients that promotes a safe and welcoming environment for them. She is truly valued by not only the staff, but the patients as well.”

“Karina exemplifies both our Patients First and Respect and Compassion Always Values. Karina is always positive and welcoming with patients at the front desk. She is helpful and compassionate. She is always willing to take the time to answer a patient’s questions or walk them through forms they are filling out. Patients comment when she is not at the front desk and the rest of us jokingly complain that Karina is not here today, so we are going to hear about it ALL DAY. She knows about our patients and chats with them about life updates and any number of things.
In the last week alone, we have had two different patients comment about the kindness and warmth they experience at the front desk. Both talked about feeling welcomed, not being judged, and feeling like staff treats them like family. Both patients mentioned Karina by name in their comments and praise of the clinic.”
