As we enter a new year, we take a moment to celebrate the extraordinary efforts of our team. Our Excellence in Action contest, recognizing outstanding team members each quarter, has showcased the exceptional talent and commitment within our ranks.
From among each quarter’s high-quality winners, we here announce the two annual winners of this contest. Chosen through a random drawing of our esteemed quarterly winners, these two individuals exemplify the excellence that characterizes the culture of CleanSlate.
JEROME ALLEN
PowerApps Developer
Jerome exemplifies all of CleanSlate’s core values, with his dedication and willingness to resolve issues and making sure that patients and our CleanSlate staff & providers are taken care of. Though his plate is always full, he goes out of his way to pitch in whenever and wherever help is needed and never has a “that’s not my job” attitude.
There are so many great things to recognize Jerome for but above all, he is a true innovator – whenever an issue is presented to the IT team, Jerome is always thinking a step ahead, offering solutions, great ideas for new Power Apps or other features that he can build to help CleanSlate staff & providers be efficient, timely and accurate, all ultimately to better serve our patient population.
CAROL MATEO
Lab Assistant
Carol exemplifies our value “together we succeed.” She is in training most of the day, learning new processes, yet she offers her help with day-end assignments without being asked to. She just jumps in and finishes whatever is needed. She has helped like this continuously, tirelessly, and with a smile. She always shows how much she cares about the team’s success. She shows care and great interest in what she does. Carol is always focused and goes above and beyond what is expected of her in her recent role. She is always ready to step in and help others as soon as she completes her assignments.
