Last year, CleanSlate paid out nearly $27,000 in referral bonuses to fellow employees that helped us fill a position.
CleanSlate recognizes one of our best sources for employee candidates is our current employees. If a referred candidate is hired and continues to be employed after the 90 day introductory period, the referring employee will receive a $1,000 referral bonus. Due to our rapid growth, our need for physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants, is at an all-time high. CleanSlate has now introduced a program that will award a $,1,500 referral bonus to an employee who refers a Physician, NP or PA who qualifies. And for an Area Medical Director candidate who qualifies, we will pay a $5,000 bonus.
Who can you refer? How about a former co-worker, a friend, or a friend of a friend? Reach out to anyone meeting the job description criteria who you believe would make an excellent addition to our staff. Our best employees are often referred by our best employees!
How do you refer? Go to the CleanSlate Team Member Handbook and click on the Employee Referral Program Submission Form. Fill this out and send to the VP Talent Acquisition, Scott Snyder, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The referral will be verified and approved by People Services and the hiring manager. After the referred candidate reaches the end of the 90 day period, and the referring employee is still an active employee of CleanSlate, the bonus is paid.
Who is eligible to receive the bonus? All employees qualify for the referral bonus, except Senior VP and above, People Services department employees and the Hiring Manager or any other individual involved in the hiring decision.
