With great excitement, the Indiana/Kentucky Leadership Team is happy to announce our Warrior of the Month recipients for October and November 2021.

October –  Joshua Holley, Family Nurse Practitioner in Warsaw, Indiana
It is with tremendous honor, respect, and gratitude that we award Joshua Holley with the October 2021 INKY Warrior of the Month award in recognition of his natural leadership style, consistent and dedicated professionalism, and continued focus on putting patients first.

Joshua HolleyJoshua has always demonstrated CleanSlate’s core value of putting patients first, but recently he has gone above and beyond.  Joshua made many calls to other local providers in the Warsaw area to make sure our lists are still active and updated. These lists are important to CleanSlate because they help us ensure we can provide patients with comprehensive services and referrals when needed.

Joshua is willing to see any patient who walks through the door and makes sure they know we are here for them. He graciously worked from home after his recent surgery to make sure we were able to see as many patients as possible and support his fellow providers. When Joshua did get back to the office, he was rolling around on his scooter, not missing a beat. He is always pleasant to staff and patients, and always willing to help. He has even taken on additional work for the good of the company and our patients, including volunteering for hep C and precepting programs. Thank you, Joshua, for being an outstanding provider and an INKY Warrior!

November  – Autumn Bainter, Medical Assistant in Muncie, Indiana

Autumn BainterMedical Assistant Autumn Bainter was awarded the November INKY Warrior of the Month award because of her commitment to patients and making sure CleanSlate operates seamlessly to meet their needs. She steps up without asking to help not only her home center but all centers in the region.

Recently she stepped in to help all centers manage their scan folders, which can get overloaded during this busy time when patients complete their yearly paperwork. She has completed this task selflessly, using any downtime she has while maintaining her role as a medical assistant in the Muncie center. Some of the centers had more than 500 scans in their folder and Autumn has gone through and organized everything for them. Some of her nominators call her the “scan fairy” and reiterate their appreciation for her proactivity and willingness to take on the task.

Autumn is always willing to help and is pleasant with patients. She has a way of calming people who are upset and making you feel cared for, no matter how busy she is. Thank you, Autumn, for being a team player and true asset to the region!
