It’s that time of year again for the CleanSlate Employee Engagement Survey, focusing on our employees engagement, satisfaction and our company culture.

Late last year, we conducted quick survey asking a few questions about our CleanSlate culture and Culture Committee events, and  we used the results to make some improvements to our overall culture strategy.
Next year, as I continue to grow in my new role as Manager of Organizational Culture & Engagement, one of my most important goals is to continue the focus on putting our Warriors first. That means we need to get a better understanding as we continue to grow as an organization on how employees feel about the culture, if they feel engaged, if they are satisfied with their role, and how we can improve communication with them.
