On Black Balloon Day, CleanSlate Centers across the country came together to honor and remember those lost to overdose. This annual observance serves as a powerful reminder of the devastating toll of addiction and the urgent need for compassion, support, and treatment.
At our centers, staff, patients, and community members gathered to share stories, raise awareness, and reaffirm our commitment to fighting the opioid crisis. From candlelight vigils to remembrance walls filled with messages of love and loss, each event was a heartfelt tribute to those who are no longer with us.
We believe that every life lost to addiction is one too many, and we remain dedicated to providing life-saving treatment and support to those struggling with substance use disorder. Through medication-assisted treatment (MAT), behavioral health services, and compassionate care, CleanSlate is here to help people reclaim their lives.
